Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have an immediate need for an eCommerce specialist. I have a complete set of custom designed/coded templates for an eCommerce site I am building.
  
  This site also has static and news type content. This content needs to be controlled via CMS. The content is simple for the most part.
  
  Shopping cart needs to be full featured. I believe ZenCart would do a good job of this, but I am open to other solutions, both open source and paid.
  
  Here are some of the requirements:
  
  - integration with ViaKlix merchant account
  - UPS shipping integration
  - Sales Tax calculation
  - Implement the XHTML/CSS templates exactly as delivered, no exceptions on this
  - Some Content Management Required (news & static content)
  
  
  * You MUST have experience with shopping cart systems.
  * You MUST be able to send me live examples of your eCommerce work
  * You MUST propose to me a solution regarding shopping cart features working alongside CMS features (i.e. tell me how you would do it)
  
  I also need to know the following:
  
  - First and Last name
  - Location
  - Time Zone
  - Are you a developer full time, or part time after you day job?
