Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I have a few project ideas that I'd like to work on with a partner; I am especially looking for someone to take the lead on the interface design, thought I would like to be involved in that. If you know how to program, that'd be great too, though I'm primarily looking for a designer.
