Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I've created a design for a non-profit, as sort of a "showcase" for my portfolio (UE and design). The whole site/app is designed and the interaction models are pretty much done.
  
  I need a programmer to actually make it work. The frontend is somewhat complex -- you will need a good understanding of ajax. The backend can be built off of an opensource CMS or blogging platform... but it will involve using some APIs of other services, so you should be familiar with that.
  
  I think this will take a programmer about a month of 70-80% commitment (you will still have 20-30% to stay current on your other projects). I can offer a little money, but hopefully I can find someone who wants a really nice site for their portfolio, that will allow them to show off some cool techniques.
