Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I need a great looking page template created.
  
  The template must contain:
  Room for my existing 220x50 logo
  Navigation for 6 main options and sub options
  A blank container in the body for me to enter text
  A simple footer
  
  This 1 page template should have a current, stylish color scheme. It should be CSS based.
  
  I have an example of the current inadequate design to show you. If you would like to see it, please ask in the PMB.
  
  Please note that I will only pay for high quality work. This is a simple project for an excellent designer.
  
  I need to develop a relationship with an outstanding designer. If you're interested, please let me know.
