Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  searching for a versatile software developer with architectural design and hands-on coding skills and experience including:
  
  ability to consult on business workflows
  ability to translate business workflows into system architecture
  ability to design and code user interfaces
  ability to design and code logic for client and web apps
  proficient in .NET, J2EE, and XML - emphasis on .NET
  ability to design, code, and administer web-oriented databases
  proficient with SQL and Oracle - emphasis on SQL
  proficient with server (H/W, OS, S/W) admin including change management
  proficient with networking and security including change management
  experience developing extranets, portals, user forums
  experience with email-based apps and email integration
  experience with high availability apps including change management
  track record of managing projects from inception to successful implementation by meeting schedule, budget, and specification

  This is a full-time, permanent position that will most likely require the developer to be local (in the Dallas, TX area)
