Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a talented web application developer who can work with PHP, MySQL and as a bonus, RoR.
  
  You must be familiar with modern web applications and be able to produce functional web applications from static demos (HTML / CSS templates) alongside functional spec documents and/or flowcharts.
  
  I am looking for someone who can work efficiently and produce high quality code.
  
  Most of all, you MUST have good communication skills. If you don't know how to send status reports regularly (every day or two), please don't apply.
  
  This will be a very good opportunity for a web developer with a taste for modern applications (BaseCamp, Remember the Milk, Google Calendar) and has great communication skills.
  
  You can live anywhere in the world, but must speak English very fluently.
