Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Hello.
  
  My name is Chris and I am the Co-Owner of PROXX. (www.proxx.net)
  Origionally we started out in the web design field, but are now expanding into web hosting. So, heres the story.
  
  We actually have and own a server. Its up, ready to go.
  This already puts us above many competitors because this is not Re-seller hosting. If something goes wrong with the server, we can go and get it back up and running within 10 minutes. Also, our website design is in developement as we speak.
  
  Heres what we need.
  Another associate. We need someone who has programming knowledge (XHTML/CSS, JAVA, PHP and things of that sort), and some Photoshop experience.
  Having had experience with skinning PHPBB forums is a MAJOR plus. Any experience with web hosting will also help.
  
  Requirements.
  Untill the server pays for itself, you must be prepared to pay $35 a month. This should only be necessary for 2 months.
  Additionally, you will need to pay a one time fee of $140.00.
  You must also be on the computer a good amount. Being contactable VIA cell phone is a major plus.
  
  YOU MUST BE FROM THE UNITED STATES OR EUROPE.
  
  All together there are currently three people involved with this project. Each contributing money, time, and effort.

  I can provide you with additional work such as other programming/design jobs should you be looking. Paid, naturally.
