Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I need a minimalist css designer (think facebook) to take an existing webpage and redesign it.
  
  The job consists of a single webpage (already built out and working on firefox) and as well a list from another webpage.
  
  Fairly simple job, but I need a remodel that is pleasing to the eye.
  
  The bulk of work will be done designing a general template. In the future I will need additional templates built out, at a pay of $200-$300 per template, depending on the complexity. The template consists of a single page with 4 sections, all very basic stuff.
  
  Posts without links to previous work will not be considered.
