Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I have many website jobs coming up and I am looking for someone reliable and quick-responding. I will be doing the designs. I can code basic HTML and give you templates - what I will be needing mostly is variable functions such as user management, e-commerce/shopping carts, forms, databases, etc. Most of these projects are either ASP or PHP based.
  
  Huge long term potential here. I prefer someone in the Seattle area, but some in the Pacific Time zone is a must. This must be your full time job - I am not looking for someone that does this on the side. Since you may be speaking with our customers I also hope to find someone with a professional demeanor.
