  I need a coder to create a full cms system with member login admin system poll login members ranks and a setup of specific pages created with an admin content editor.
  
  The website must be coded in includes so it cna be built into any template and I must be shown how to set up all the tables and databases to recreate the cms by hand and have it working for mass selling.
  
  The coder must also be able to do upload scripts attached to profiles and areas in which files can be uploaded and viewed on the website likes images and videos.
  
  The coder must have at least English as a second language and be able to communicate with me for at least 15 minutes every day over msn messenger.
  
  The coder must be able to update the work every 48 hours on ftp for me to view progress and suggest what happens.
