Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a graphics artist that helps me spice up some private sites. It's not paid work but I got different clients who are willing to pay for good design. The private sites are to see if we 'fit' and can work together. A graphics guy is allready on the team. All sites are written in ruby on rails.
