Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a quality server admin to setup a VPS for use as a hosting server, with LAMPP and control panels such as WHM and cPanel for use as client hosting. You should be readily available when issues arrise, but either phone, Skype of email, and be quick to respond. The best prevention however, is setting the server up so that it won't go down for any reason, so you should be extremely knowledgable in your craft!
  
  I have already dealt with another server admin who failed me. Could not even get the server off the ground. I don't want this to happen again. Please respond ASAP, I desire fast turnaround time, and the project is ready and available immediately.
