Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I'm looking for an illustrator for a medium-large sized job.
  
  The characters will need to rival http://ponyisland.net/ in cuteness, however they will be chickens!!
  
  The finished images will need to be broken into body-parts that can be randomised by a php script and recombined to make new images.
  
  Therefore:
  
  22 body parts (8 slots with 1-4 interchangeable images per slot)
  7 pattern masks for each body part (154 total)
  
  Overall: 176 image parts.
  
  But we may require more at a later date.
  
  The body part images need to be outline and shading over a 1% opacity black background with white fill around the shape.
  
  No-one will be considered without applicable portfolio work or a sample image. Preference will be given to applicants who are willing to do a test drawing - eg. 1 outline+shading of 1 chicken
  
  SERIOUS OFFERS ONLY!!! I will not even consider those who don't link a portfolio or sample chicken! Or those that spam every offer! I'm looking for a talented designer not the royal 'we'.
