Programmer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I'm looking for some help completing a sports site with elements of social networking. I need someone who's used CakePHP or another PHP framework and is really good at turning middle-tier business logic into front-end HTML.
  
  It's a big project and there's plenty of work to go around for a long time. I want a beta release out in September, but there's much more to do afterwards.
  
  If you're very good, I have other projects that I may ask for your help with as well.
  
  Links and code samples would be great.
