Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  sIFR and everything related to it: CSS, XHTML and Flash
  
• Additional Info

  I need someone who is an expert with sIFR. You must know exactly how to get sIFR headings working perfectly, across all browsers.
  
  You must be familiar with current stable version, and also beta version.
  
  * You will take my XHTML/CSS template and integrate sIFR headings
  ** Must look the same in all major web browsers
  ** Must look identical or very close to original design concept
  * May want to use beta version of sIFR to take advantage of multi-colored headings
