  I am looking for a programmer to help our early stage company develop a distributed 2-way videoconferencing system. We are interested in developing this program for an application in the healthcare setting. Ideally the system would be developed as a desktop application if privacy problems could be overcome. We are platform agnostic, but the system must be scalable (to several hundred simultaneous interactions) and easily maintained.
