Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a Designer to work with on and off for (hopefully) a while. I do some freelance stuff (GAF/ScriptLance/etc), but with a designer to work with, I think we could get a lot more done, possibly get a buisness going down the road depending on how it goes.
  
  I do 90% of my work with PHP/MySQL, sometimes with a bit of Ajax (but the crappy-looking Ajax I do isn't cool).
  
  I know about design, I just don't have a single [visual] creative gene in me...
  
  Give me a shout if you're interested... I'm almost always looking for designers (and other programmers for that matter) to work with.
