Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We need a freelance designer on a retainer basis. We estimate about 10-15 hours/week.
  
  Skills:
  * .NET
  * Flash (w/ Action Script)
  * Javascript
  * Print design experience would be a plus
  * Web usability and site conversion experience would be a plus.
  
  We will need modifications to existing sites and at times, designs for new sites.
  
  This position is for design (presentation) only. We have skilled developers for the backend/database.
