Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for someone to work with in order to develop two particular projects. I work full time and am looking to build supplemental income through these projects. The projects are unique and have the potential for bringing in both decent income for the principals of the company as well as VC. This is a part-time project for now, with the potential to be a founder position. I'm looking for someone with design skill as well as business skill to assist me in setting up a business structure with an eye toward personal self-sufficiency and potential venture capital. I need someone to complement my skills as a programmer with design and artistic vision as well as the career maturity to branch out and learn some business skills. The solid prerequisites are maturity, career experience, and intelligence. Some coding experience would be nice but is not a prerequisite. If you are located in northern Virginia, that would be ideal. I'd like to meet my new partner in person if possible. I'm looking to pay for design and some research up front (about 100us for each site), then move to an equity arrangement. I look forward to hearing from you.
