Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We started a FACEBOOK APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT FIRM. We're a team of Programmers who have some POPULAR facebook application ALREADY on the market. We'd like to have a simple CSS site for client facing (We've been contacted to make apps for 10+ companies already) and showing our applications. We're willing to use wordpress but want it to have lots of CSS so its light weight. Similar to this site. This site will face clients as we've been getting many request. Also, we have blog coverage lined up. =)

  This can be a one time job or a long relationship as we'll need a CSS designers as we build scripts and facebook applications or anything in PHP. Alot of times we turn away full websites do to no in house CSS person. If your willing we get alot of offers and you can get an percent per project. Please send examples of CSS sites only. 3 Max. Also any word press blog templates you made.
