Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I have a Development web site with Drupal already installed. I've been working on a new HTML template - Design and HTML/CSS and I am almost done. There are programmers currently doing the data so all I need is my HTML to be worked into the Drupal theme they are currenly using so the site takes on my look and feel.
  
  1). Design for site: See file - http://www.favazza.com/proofs/sloan_workshops.png
  I've installed it in the themes folder but need help with odds and ends like (A)getting the search and cart hooked up. (B) apply css to breadcrumbs and look at the stuff in the nav bar on the right to take on the correct css. (C) The login box has a graphical look. See the home page to see what I mean.
  
  2). Navigation: I'd like to have the "on" tabs appear white, a different color than the "up" tabs. See Attached file - sloan_workshops.png. The tabs are drop downs which are currently working on a Dev site, I want them to look good and somewhat close to the colors I have on this sample page. Blue.
  
  3). Home Page: See File: http://www.favazza.com/proofs/HOME_final.png. It's just like the inside pages only with some added functionality inside the content area and inside the side bar (the search will go up next to the cart). (A) The upcoming dates thing in the side bar- with the little date icon needs to be dynamic. (B) The login box needs the graphical treatment. (C) And we need to hook up the mods to go here. I think there's 5 of them and apply css to them to look like the mock-up.
  
  4) All the content in the site needs to be editable for the staff.
