Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am a CTO and part of solid management team looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and talented designer, who can contribute 10-20 hours per week to help develop our demo application and presentation material which we will use to attract initial clients and build a business. The ideal candidate will have a number of years either as a user interface designer for web based applications, or as a professional graphic designer in print advertising.
  
  This is an exciting opportunity to join and contribute at an early stage with a group of experienced technology managers and business developers. We have 4 cofounders, including an experienced CEO, CTO, and VP of Sales. All members of the management team have successfully started and sold companies in the past. We are placing high value on finding reliable, honest, and hard working individuals who are looking to make great impact on the world, and have fun doing it!
  
  We have identified a strong, emerging market opportunity, and are looking to establish the core team to produce a demo and marketing materials with the long-term goal of joining on full-time to create something long lasting, and impactful. We are looking for someone very creative, that can produce high quality, professional work. Experience working with advertisers or advertising agencies a big plus.

  Note: this is an unpaid position. At the moment the position is unpaid, because the company is at the earliest stages of formation. As the company matures, work will definitely be compensated. We are looking for an entrepreneurial designer who is looking to help grow a new company.
