Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  How to take my *existing* website and make small tweaks in CSS to make it match design-wise borderline EXACTLY to the PSD document here: www.alecquighardworker.com/aqhwSite_6.psd. Most everything is already there; the site just needs to be tightened up and made more consistent to look as it does in the PSD. In fact, perhaps the best way to test whether the job is done is if a screenshot can be made of the website, laid over the PSD, and it looks exactly as it does on the PSD in terms of layout and typography.
  
  It will require someone very detail oriented, and someone whose native tongue is English. I myself am a designer who knows a bit of code; what this project requires is a programmer who knows the principles of design. The problem with the website is that programmers who didn't know design whatsoever coded it, and can't tell that it looks slightly unprofessional because of inconsistencies in design and typography.
  
  If you do a good job, I'd love to pay for updates in the future! If you'd like other PMD references, I can supply two programmers who I've worked with in the past who will assure you I pay promptly, on time, and as promised.
