Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  My company is sourcing an experienced PHP/mySQL developer to work full time on a number of upcoming exciting projects as soon as possible. You must be highly dedicated and take an interest in your work. You will be required to take over the work from a previous developer.
  
  A basic understanding of Ajax, CSS and Web 2.0 in general is very helpful but not essential. All design and graphical elements are being handled client side. If you would like to apply please provide samples of your most awesome work along with a typical example of your work rate.
  
  - You must have a proven track record in dealing with previous projects and clients.
  - References and/or examples of your work are required.
  - Sorry, but fluency in English is a must for this position.
  - A Typical 40 hour work week will be required.
