Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  Hi, I am looking for a designer for a few jobs as I am trying to build up my portfolio but I suck on the design aspect of things. I am proficient in XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and PHP.
  
  I am just looking to put up one or two sites where I can point people to as sample work I have done. From there, I'll be able to start charging people and then, we can talk about a long term partnership.
  
  What I basically need/want is someone who can come up with a usable mockup once I explain what I am looking for and I'll do the rest. The mockup should have things like colors, font sizes, and other css attributes that could be useful in implementing the mockup. Also, any images that would be needed in implementing this mockup should also be provided.
