Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Web startup founded by smart, successful people from the pc/console gaming space is looking for a super smart engineer.
  
  We want to change the world and want you to be a part of it.
  
  You should be razor sharp with a great depth and breadth of technical understanding. You should have experience with C, at least one rant about C++ and an interest (if not experience) in scripting languages such as ruby, perl,
  python, php or C#.
  
  You should excited about programming for the web.
  
  You should have experience on a project of significant size. I would honestly love if you had worked on scaling a large website before but a college graduate who was an intern or worked on a cool side project (Google summer of code comes to mind) would also be great.
