Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm working on becoming a designer myself, but am current looking for someone to partner up with or do pay-per-project work with on two very cool sites. One is non-profit and one is for-profit. More information will be given once a non-disclosure form has been signed (they're super cool sites so we have to protect the design ideas for them until they're actually up and running). Think social networking, but not. We're just starting up, so we don't have money, but we'd be able to set up a contract for future pay and/or a % of future profits.
