Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We are a start-up company that has received initial seed funding from an incubator investing firm. We are in a very exciting sector dealing with media content sharing. The team consists of two people. Myself - a business minded entrepreneur, and a developer / business major, both from prestigious universities. We are looking for a third person to handle front end design. We need someone who is talented, passionate, and can transcend technical knowledge into the business perspective. We are not at the point where we can offer any sort of pay at this point, but you would be working for the opportunity. We need someone who is strong in CSS, XHTML, and Graphic Design. Any other knowledge is of course useful. Contact us if you are interested. We need someone to start working with us ASAP as we plan to be in front of big time investors in approx. 3 months.
