  The ideal candidate should posess atleast 3 years of web designing experience. The candidate should have strong skills in computer graphics and web design. He/she must posess knowledge on information architecture and must be able to design excellent web2.0 interfaces. You must be well versed with adobe photoshop and illustrator. Knowledge of flash and other front-end development technologies for web such as xhtml and css is an added advantage. Candidates must be able to display portfolio on request.
