Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a Flash actionscript extraordinnaire. Someone that can do magic with actionscript for possible jobs in the future for multimedia projects and/or computer based training applications.
  
• Additional Info

  I don't have any specific projects yet but I thought I would go ahead and start looking so I have someone in place. Ability to do great design is a huge plus but not necessary. I can handle it on my side. Someone in Houston is preferable but not necessary. You can work from where you are. All I need is a resume and a portfolio you can direct me to. If it works out, I can potentially send you a lot of work.
