  I'm a serial entrepreneur. I've had my current company, Strategux Consulting (http://strategux.com), for about 7 successful years. I'm starting a new software development company, and need a technical lead for our first product, an Internet venture built on LAMP and/or Ruby on Rails. Our timeline is aggressive and the possible rewards are high. You will be expected to be self-motivated and proactive, follow a user-centered design approach, work in an agile-style development environment, and build rock-solid techical solutions for our business opportunity. Our software will be based on open-source software, common communications protocols, and Internet standards. Your code will be object-oriented, clean and concise, and bug-free.
