Designer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  Our firm needs the gracious help of a talented web designer. We're swamped and need another set of talented hands and eyes to help with the initial designs of 1 (or 2) sites for us.
  
  For this project, we will need cohesive designs for a home page and content page to present the client. This designs can be presented in either Illustrator or photoshop, whatever works best for you. No coding needed now, but an understanding of how it works is necessary.
  
  The designer needs to be familiar with HTML/CSS, good with organizing data, taking feedback/direction and able to work on a somewhat tight schedule. We're really looking for someone who has gone beyond the basic 'menu bar & side bar' web design.
