Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  New startup looking for a Ruby on Rails rockstars to help build an exciting web 2.0 app from the ground up.
  
  We're still a virtual company, so your location is not really important, although extra points for someone located near New York, Mexico City or Madrid.
  
  Ideal background:
  * At least four years developing websites in an object-oriented language, such as PHP, Python or .Net.
  * Some experience designing and deploying websites in Ruby on Rails.
  * Familiar with test-driven, Agile or eXtreme Programming (XP) development.
  * Self-motivated, enthusiastic developer who works well without close supervision.
  * A passion for clean, readable code.
  * A good attitude and willingness to work in a startup environment.
  
  * Experience with web UI technologies (CSS, AJAX, Javascript, Prototype) a big plus.
  * Experience with deployment to Linux servers, especially with Capistrano, a plus.
  
  It's a big project, so we have enough work to keep several full time developers busy for 4-6 months at least. The ideal developer would be available full time and interested in a long-term contract.
