Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I am looking for a programmer to partner with me on an already established music sharing website: http://www.pickstation.com
  
  It's similar to digg.com, in that users submit and vote for music tracks to promote them to the front page. Artists can upload their own music. Users can put a music player widget of their favorite tracks on their website or blog.
  
  I have some really good ideas that I would like to implement that I believe will make PickStation a very popular and virally promoted website. I've already partnered with an mp3 search which has over 18 million tracks to display their results in PickStation searches and allow users to add these tracks to PickStation and easily build playlists.
  
  The website has gotten good review on a number of blogs and tech review sites around the web and currently has around 360 registered users. To really take this site to the next level I need a talented programmer who wants to partner with me.
