Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Entrepreneur isn't the only word used to describe me as i am mainly a designer. However i joined this site because i am in search of another local programmer to help me with a project of mine.
  More details on request but suffice to say that it should be one of the newest, most innovative ideas on the web. Although I'm mainly looking for local talent, please don't be put off if you're not in my local area (or my country)!
