Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I need some very very simple Java writing. In return I can offer free design work, I can write semantic/valid xhtml and shorthand css mixed in with funky graphics and some cool ajax stuff. I'm also fairly good at PHP. See details for more info>>

  I'll be straight up with you, this is my homework. I have no interest in Java what so ever and am not planning to use it, ever. period. But i need to pass this in order to gain a pass for the overall qualification.
  
  Basically I need:
  
  -a class which accepts a number, 1 to 12, to represent a month. The class will return the number of days in the month and the name of the month, where 1 = January with 31 days. (dont worry about leap years)
  
  -a class which accepts an examination mark in % and returns the grade letter, where 80 = A, 70=B, 60=C, 50=D, 40= E, anything lower than 40 will be F
  Also need a test class to interact with the user and if an invalid value is entered or is outside the range 0 to 100 then a suitable message will be generated. The test class will repeatedly ask for marks to convert until the user enters an empty string.
  
  -a graphical Applet that displays a 8x8 black and white checkerboard with blue separating lines and outside border. The board should use as much of the appletâ??s screen as possible. Include a screen shot of the finished picture with your final documentation. Hint use the getheight() and getwidth() methods to determine the size of the Appletâ??s screen in pixels
  
  -Write a graphical Applet to draw a picture of a centre fronted house with a front lawn, gate, fence and the sun shining in the background. Use the Ellipse2D, Rectangle2D and Line2D classes and the Graphics2D.fill() method to colour in areas.
  Include a screen shot of the finished picture with your final documentation.
