Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We have a accommodation portal that was put together for us. It was 80% complete and the project went a bit dormant. The full code has been done with a complete back end. We are looking for a programmer with some design knowledge to review the code work that was done, make sure all is fine and to continue from where the previous developers left off.
  
  There are 2 smallish modules that were left uncompleted that would need to be completed. The web design that was done was purely just as a matter to see all the code work.
  
  IMPORTANT: We are looking to transform this design with all the existing code, and the additional that you will fix up/add into a complete web2.0-style of design. We want this portal to be the best and the most stylish. It must knock the socks off a competitor who exists in the area, and we will certainly do that. The site should be optimized for search engines and I know we can make that happen easily as I have full knowledge on that and I know what has to be done to make it work.
  
  I'm extremely excited to get started on this ASAP which is why I have given the deadline to be a week because I want to get started. People who reply and make offers/comments will get the URL where the development work was done as it is live on the net, just not all completed.

  This is going to be a long term project as we will constantly need things modified, different things added and fixes etc so whoever gets awarded this job will be the one to stay with us for a long time. This project is only going to get bigger and bigger!
