Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Guys, I'm looking for a designer to do me a six-page site for an online florist-customer reminder service.
  
  It's a six page site, but you'd really only have to design, brand + logo for the first page. The other five are mainly text-based would pretty much design themselves IMO.
  
  I have already done a basic design, that has been cross-browser tested and W3C validated. If you didn't have any major layout issues, you could submit your own graphics, logo + buttons and css file, and that would be it.
  
  I'm looking for a strong brand, that will convey the purpose of the site to users that are possibly non-computer orientated and maybe even a little bit older.
  
  You'd be designing basically to maximize conversion ratio and to provide a strong landing page from google/yahoo. The site is multi-language, so there'd be no text-based graphics.
  
  I can give you a hand with anything that you might need. I might like to see a rough 300X180 photoshop/gimp mockup before I accept your bid. I don't want to end up with a design of similar standard to one that I'm capable of creating. ( good designers won't have too much to worry about on that score :-) )
