Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I need a programmer who is very fluent in Flash 8 and actionscript to create a flash upload utility that will take specific variables in order to allow visitors of our site to upload files, including pictures etc. Primarily they will be uploading jpegs, tiffs, etc. The concept is that they will upload via flash, using a few custom flash classes. If you know flash they are very easy to create using the FileReference class. Please provide your rate and estimate of hours worked, as well as a link to samples of your work. I will provide all graphics and an idea of how I want the flash file to flow and I will provide a link to a site that contains a sample of what I'm looking for. The sooner you respond, the faster I will evaluate you and choose your services. If all goes well, I have plenty of Flash work that you can work on.
