Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I would like to create a new small team at the new forefront of web 2.0, with a combination of a designer, programmers and entrepreneurs.
  
  I have many ideas for web based businesses and would like to partner with someone similar. I am a fully committed person who has high ambitions and I also have great design skills. The only thing I lack is programming skills which I aim to develop over time, but would prefer someone to do the programming to offset my time for business/design needs.
  
  I can design sites, logos, interface extras like buttons, all high quality. My background is in design and IT, with business skills from management.
  
  Ideally I would like to partner with someone/people with good programming skills for web, ideally web 2.0 skills, AJAX, Ruby, but good javascript & PHP skills may suffice.
