Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  My partner and I are starting an online business providing services B2B. We have a solid idea, a stable business model (monthly service fee), and a great initial sales plan. Currently, we do have 1 client who's interested in our service and willing to be our guinea pig. =) Our future plans are to target mobile and B2C market.
  
  We're looking for a web developer to partner with us in this venture. Some qualities we are looking for:
  - Enthusiastic
  - Passionate and motivated
  - Good experience in web development specifically:
  - Web services (SOA)
  - .Net or Java or PHP (whichever you're comfortable with)
  - Relational database knowledge
  - Web 2.0 knowledge
  
  Ideally, this person will be responsible for pretty much all the technical stuff (including coding, server, host, etc.). So basically the CTO. =) I used to be a developer, so I can help out, but I'll be focusing more on the business side.
