Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I am looking for a programmer to partner with me on an already established music sharing website: http://www.pickstation.com
  
  It's similar to digg.com, but for sharing music. Users submit and vote for tracks to promote them to the front page. Artists can upload their own music. Users can put a music player widget of their favorite tracks on their website or blog. Lots of great web 2.0 features and I have a ton of really good ideas that I would like to implement.
  
  The website has gotten some good review on blogs and sites around the web and currently has around 300 registered users. To really take this site to the next level I need a talented programmer who wants to partner with me.
  
  If your interested let me know and we can discuss the specific features that need to be implemented and figure out a mutually agreeable partnership (I'm open to a 50% partnership).
