  we are looking for a qualified web developer to help build a consumer-orientated website. this person would have to be able to take an idea and turn it into a tangible website that is for development. experience in AJAX, Ruby on Rails and other next-gen web development tools is a huge plus. as an example, we are looking to build something similar to bix.com and other contest-oriented sites, except focused on a different demographic.
