Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a User Interface/Interaction Designer with top-of-the-range skills to re-design a suite of applications, both online and offline.
  
  We don't need coding - we need designs, UI specifications and processes. Deliverables will be sample UIs, and any graphics, styles, measurements and colour tables to code from.
  
  Suite is a set of tools for running a finance-related online exchange. Includes:
  
  1. Product Definition/Management Tools
  2. Product Selection/Processing/Pipeline website
  3. Dashboards for real-time monitoring of exchange pipelines.
  
  There are currently 4 tools that need an overhaul, with 3 new ones. Looking 6-9 months for all tools operational.
  
  Long term, there will be further tools and requirements.
