Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I am looking for someone who can take an idea I have had for a while and make it a reality. I can show you a similar idea that is out there now, but it has some major differences.
  
  I am looking for someone that can not only handle the programming, but can grasp the project to a level where they can contribute idea(s) to make it a better end project.
