  We are building a Web 2.0 e commerce/marketplace and need a programmer. We've already completed all of the designs and the operating spec.
  
  We are looking to develop a partnership with a programmer in exchange for equity in this project which would require:
  
  -Initial programming of the site.
  -Maintenance and additions to the site as we grow.
  -Potentially managing other programmers as we grow and need additional work.
