Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  This is a full time position based in our office near Oxford, England.
  
  We are a young, exciting Web Design Agency based near Oxford (although commutable from Cheltenham, Reading, maybe London) and we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative junior Graphic Designer.
  
  We are looking for someone fresh out of uni preferably with a Graphic Design Qualification or with up to a few years experience.
  
  We want you to be able to translate your creative talent onto the web and you will be enthusiatic about working and learning how to work with the web.
  
  We dont expect you to have loads of web experience (although is useful), creative talent is the most important thing along with an ability to work face to face with a range of client.
