Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am a freelance web designer with 6 years of experience. I am looking for a Web Developer who can take care of the back end functionalities of my web-application projects (like shopping cart sites, intranet apps etc).
  
  Basically i will be giving you the complete HTML set for each project. I want you to develop a bugfree database design, server side functionalities with MySQL, PHP etc. Also you should be able to implementing the payment gateway interface for shopping cart sites with Credit Card & Pay pal.
  
  Since i am web designer, i can also help you out with interface design of your projects (if needed).
  
  Regarding the price, now i cannot give any numbers, because it depends on the budget and complexity of each project.
