Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

• Required Knowledge

  php, mysql, basic understanding of how to add javascript snippets.
  
• Additional Info

  The project has the following requirements.
  
  1. company(owner) will be using this to display data to many companies(clients).
  
  2. owner will input data into a form. Selecting client and other options.
  
  3. Data will be displayed in total for owner. clients can log in and view the data that pertains to them.
  
  4. Clients can then approve or deny specific data sets.
  
  3. owner can edit any data set (change status etc.).
  
  we will provide the graphical design as well as all css/html etc. Must be programmed in php/mysql.
