  I'm looking for an experienced developer to lead an online video conferencing project.
  
  This is a project based position with a start-up, that might be able to be done around a full-time job if you have the expertise.
  
  
  Required qualifications:
  
  - Management and recent hands-on experience in J2EE technologies.
  - Video streaming technologies - ability to build technology for live streaming system
  - Experience dealing with Content Distribution Networks in particular with Limelight
  - Ability to create and execute development plan for complicated J2EE project from design to deployment
  - Good understanding of flash codecs (hardware and software)
  - Experience working with off-shore outsourcing - plus
